The AUTOMATIC PACKING LINE FEEDER has been developed to count balloons into a bagging machine. A count value is typed into the control panel and when activated the machine will count that number of balloons into the bagging machine. Once that number has been reached the balloons are dispatched and a holding section is closed off as another count will commence to the same value, this will then be dispatched once the next empty bag has been lined up. The whole process can continue almost totally unattended for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The machine can be adapted to suit all types of balloon (from modelling balloons to water bombs).
